| A Reminder About Modifications |

Just a friendly reminder that if you're planning to make changes to the outside of your home property (new paint, fences, landscaping, etc.), you must fill out a modification request form online to be approved PRIOR to your work beginning. Otherwise you run the risk of the community not approving your work which can result in lost work and supplies.
