Community Affairs

Avery Park Property Owners Association is dedicated to ensuring the beauty, safety, and stability of the area, promoting neighborliness and pride among the residents, and forming a base for representation in matters affecting the community.

The board meets the 2nd Tuesday of every month at the Clubhouse from 7-8 pm. Meetings are open to residents, but please no young children since corporate association business will be conducted.
 
All discussion items must be on the meeting agenda and are due 24 hours prior to the meeting.
