Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the operation of the community association's amenities including the swimming pool, tennis and basketball courts, playgrounds and clubhouse.

 

  • Ensure that amenities are secured for the use of residents and their guests, and that appropriate measures are taken to prevent non-residents from using them

 

  • Monitor the general appearance and condition of all amenities and coordinate with the Maintenance committee to develop proposals for maintenance, repairs or improvements with budgets and action plans
  • In coordination with the management agent, annually recommend appropriate action regarding pool maintenance, lifeguard and security to the HOA Board and upon board approval arrange for contract renewal or placement for bids
  •  Oversee the quality of vendors for pool maintenance, lifegaurds and security and coordinate with the management agent to eliminate deficiencies or obtain improvements
 
  • Responsible for the rental of the community clubhouse and pool cabana including rental agreements, rental log book and receipt of monies

  • Monitor and manage the cleaning of the clubhouse on a monthly basis and after special events in coordination with the cleaning service
